About Me
Hi! I’m Athena. I live in Montgomery County with my husband, our dog Vinny, our cat Cali, and our 8 chickens. I enjoy reading, lifting weights, running and yoga.
I have been working as a therapist for since 2017. I received my Bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and my Master’s degree from Delaware Valley University. I have been trained extensively in Internal Family Systems (Level 1), substance use and integrated health. My work began in the substance use and co-occurring field in an inpatient setting. In 2021, I moved to outpatient, working with clients who present with anxiety, depression, relational issues, personality disorders, substance use, and stress.
