About Me
I know that so many of us are carrying around anxiety and unresolved trauma on top of the stressors of everyday life, and sometimes things just feel too heavy. I believe that everyone deserves an individualized, adaptable approach that accounts for their lifestyle and unique external environment. We will work together to explore how past experiences influence the way you feel and behave in the present, how you relate to yourself, and how your perspective influences your interactions with the world around you.
I’m here to help you process a range of emotions, experiences, and challenges, while also supporting the development of practical skills that you can use to navigate day-to-day transitions and challenges.
I think that creativity and humor can help build an empowering therapeutic alliance, and I’ll always approach you with the willingness to learn and understand your unique perspective. The modalities I draw from most frequently are Person-centered, ACT, and Compassion-focused therapy. My therapeutic style is casual and collaborative, with emphasis on creating an environment where you feel safe and supported as you move towards personal fulfillment and self-actualization.
